Keep it flat. Use links and databases instead of burying pages many levels deep.

Any page can hold sub-pages. Useful for hierarchy, but avoid going more than 3–4 levels deep.

Type [[ to link to another page, or @ to mention a page, person, or date inline. Links keep related content connected without duplication.

Add an icon and cover to make pages scannable and give your workspace personality.
